Al-Jazeera says its Cairo offices attacked (AFP)

DOHA (AFP) – Al-Jazeera, the pan-Arab equipment television channel banned since terminal weekend from operative in Egypt, said weekday its offices in port hit been attacked.
"Unknown persons came into the Al-Jazeera furniture in port and blasted equipment inside," the Doha-based channel said in a statement, without giving details.
Last Sunday, the Afrasian aggregation ministry sequential Al-Jazeera -- which has presented intensity coverage to the current protests in port -- to halt operative in Egypt, and stripped its staff of their credentials.
Attacks on foreign news media in Cairo, including arrests and violent assaults, hit intensified this week as Mubarak rejects protesters' demands to immediately defence downbound after three decades in power.
