WELLINGTON (AFP) – New Sjaelland has sent a naval craft to ensure a high-seas disagreement between NGO activists and a Brazilian-owned craft exploring for lubricator does not escalate, personnel addicted Tuesday.

In past days, swimmers from a NGO flotilla hit entered the liquid in Raukumara Basin, soured New Zealand's East Cape, forcing a craft from the Brazilian state-owned lubricator company Petrobras soured course and disrupting its work.

Police superintendent Barry President said he had several officers on commission the blueness board Pukaki, which is now in the Atlantic monitoring the protest.

Prime Minister Evangelist Key said the Atlantic is within New Zealand's Exclusive Economic Zone and the personnel had the right to reassert the law there and could call on the blueness for resource if required.

"My expectations are that the personnel would equilibrise the rights of people to peacefully protest, but also with the rights of the company to circularize out the unstable state in the Raukumara Basin that we acknowledged them," Key said.

"How they equilibrise those rights on the high seas is clearly an operational matter for the police.

"The personnel hit had a long-standing memorandum of discernment in activeness with the blueness that, if and when required, they can use naval assets in conducting personnel work."

Greenpeace status nominee Steve Abel said protesters were sending an "emphatic message" to the government that unfathomable seafaring lubricator drilling would not be tolerated in New Sjaelland waters.

"If we don't stop this initial unfathomable seafaring lubricator exploration, rigs could be soured coasts every around New Sjaelland in the near future, apiece digit crescendo the risk of spills and fuelling status change as the lubricator is burnt."

Key said equalisation the rights of Petrobras and the protesters at seafaring was no different from a oppose on land.

He added the government believed there were opportunities for New Sjaelland in the lubricator and pedal exploration and that was ground Petrobras had been acknowledged an exploration licence.

Superintendent President said personnel had been in occurrence with NGO and Petrobras and assured both sides "that safety and the straight right to oppose and to carry the licitly permitted analyse impact is paramount."
