Storm officials say 9 tornados raked Tampa Bay (AP)

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The National Weather Service has confirmed that figure tornados raked finished the metropolis Bay location on Thursday.
As some as 18,000 residents remained without noesis Friday, a day after the vicious storms blasted dozens of homes, overpowered agency and toppled trucks and diminutive planes.
The weather service says the tornados struck Polk, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties Thursday packing winds from 86 to 110 mph.
In Lakeland, a shelter collapsed and scraped heptad people gathered for the period Sun 'n Fun travel festival. A some diminutive planes had flipped over at the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport.
There were multiple reports of diminutive tornadoes across the region. Strong winds blew a Carnival voyage ship from its dock at Cape Canaveral.
