A long-lost Chinese relation of T. rex has been discovered, digit same in filler to the unreal beast and digit of the maximal meat-eating dinosaurs ever found.

"It's the prototypal China-only tyrannosaurine, and it's digit of the biggest ever — there are exclusive five carnivorous theropods bigger by my count," Hone told LiveScience.

"Zhuchengtyrannus can be important from another tyrannosaurines by a combination of unequalled features in the skull not seen in any another theropod," Hone said.

One other, large tyrannosaurine, famous as Tarbosaurus, had been identified in aggregation before.
