Ariane rocket heads for International Space Station (Reuters)

KOUROU, land Guiana (Reuters) -- A European Ariane rocket blasted off from land Guiana on weekday carrying supplies to the International Space Station (ISS), expanse officials said.

Constructed by an industrialized consortium led by EADS Astrium, a sectionalization of European industrialized colossus EADS, the unmanned vessel is fashioned to have fuel, food, covering and oxygen to the ISS gathering as well as constituent parts.

A prototypal endeavor to start the rocket was scrubbed on weekday because of a theoretical problem. The cargo vessel is regular to cut with the ISS in octad days.
